ACM Capital Management (ACM) is a concentrated investment manager, primarily serving endowment and foundation, family office, high-net-worth, and other clients who take a longer term approach to investing. ACM invests in the equity and debt of companies in global developed markets, holding ~20 long positions and a small number of short positions, if any. Long positions are underwritten to a multi-year time horizon, while the timeline to realization of short positions is less. ACM also targets no to limited use of leverage and believes in investor choice in performance compensation, offering both fixed and relative performance hurdles.
ACM was founded in 2015 by Rom Wilson. Prior to founding ACM, Mr. Wilson was a co-portfolio manager for a multi-cap fund and a senior research analyst for a $12 billion fund family. He has also held roles in consulting and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Wilson earned a BA from Stanford University, an MBA from The Wharton School, and is also a graduate of Stuyvesant High School.
